Sardi's

Broadway’s Longest-Running Tradition

Sardi’s has been a Theatre District institution since it opened its doors in 1927. Renown for its caricature-covered walls which celebrate Broadway’s best-and-brightest stars, Sardi’s is a warm throw-back to the days of the classic cocktail and above-average service… when waiters and waitresses still sported red waistcoats and bowties (and they still do today at Sardi’s!).

Elegant without feeling snobby, Sardi’s is known for their classic (and sometimes hard-to-find) dishes like Cannelloni au Gratin, Beef Tartare, Jumbo Shrimp Sautéed in Garlic, and Rice Pudding — as well as traditional American standards like NY Strip, Angus Burgers, and Club Sandwiches.
