Welcome to

There’s nothing like seeing a live Broadway show.
I’ll admit it: I’ve seen about 20 of them over last year — and if you add in Off-Broadway, Off-Off Broadway, Cabarets, etc., that number more than doubles.
I’ve even come to be called “a regular” at several Theatre District restaurants and bars.
But here’s the funny thing: I don’t live in New York!!!
Over the past few years, I’ve mastered the art of the Theatre Weekend. It’s not uncommon for me to fly from Los Angeles (where I live) on a Thursday morning, see a play in New York that night and the next, spend the entire weekend seeing matinee and evening performances, and fly home Monday morning. In between shows, I sprinkle in meals and drinks at my favorite Theatre District haunts.
On nearly every one of these Theatre Weekends, I’ve met other people doing the same 5-shows-in-4-days pilgrimage as me. We geek-out over shows together, and spot one-another at various theatres throughout my short stay in New York.
So if you’ve always thought about spending a weekend in New York seeing Broadway shows — but didn’t quite know how to go about it — we’ve created this site just for you!
