The film reinvented a genre, swept the world off its feet, and made millions believe in happily-ever after. And now, one of the most beloved romantic comedies of all time is coming to Broadway as a new musical!

Pretty Woman: The Musical is the World Premiere stage production featuring direction and choreography by two-time Tony Award® winner Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, Legally Blonde, Hairspray), an original score by Grammy® winner Bryan Adams (“Summer of ’69,” “Everything I Do”) and his longtime songwriting partner Jim Vallance, and a book by the movie’s legendary director Garry Marshall and screenwriter J.F. Lawton.

Vivian and Edward are unlikely soulmates who overcome all odds to find each other… and themselves. A modern-day Cinderella story, you’ll experience the moments you love from the movie-and get to know these iconic characters in a whole new way.

Andy Karl (Tony® nominee for the musical Groundhog Day), Samantha Barks (Les Miserables), and Orfeh (Tony® nominee for Legally Blonde: The Musical) star in this new production.

Pretty Woman: The Musical  is recommended for ages 13 and up, and no one under 4 years of age permitted in the theatre.

Three Hot Tips

Rush Tickets

A limited number of $42 tickets will be released at the Nederlander Theatre box office for day-of performances when the box office opens. Seating locations are at the discretion of the theatre box office, and may be partial view.

Julia Roberts

Imagine having to perform Pretty Woman in from of the original "pretty woman" herself: Julia Roberts. Well, it happened! See the red carpet when Julia attended a benefit for the late Garry Marshall on Broadway. Click the TV icon.

Nederlander

Broadway's southern-most theatre, the Nederlander has played a curious role in the history of NY theatre. It has housed some of the longest running shows (12-years of Rent), and the shortest (the 1966 As Is, which never even opened).
